We specialize in the development and management of apartment communities which features luxury single story apartment homes with attached garages. We believe that an individual wants to live in an apartment home that is of single story design, with an attached garage(s) and no stairs, compared to a walk up two or three story garden style apartment complex.

Our ranch style apartment home designs with large open floor plans, ADA accessibility, washer and dryer hook ups in each unit, and attached garages are amenities which we believe are desired by today’s more discriminating renter.
