Milltown Villas has the most to offer of any complex we've lived (and that's quite a few over the past several years). The apartment itself represents a combination of comfort, convenience and style.

I have lived at Chestnut Acres for the past 16 year in the same unit. Our manager, his hard working crew plus the leasing manager are always ready to help the tenants make it a nice place to live. We are allowed to plant flowers around our apartments and I keep a lot of them in bloom. I am not ashamed to bring my family to visit here. Also when we get snow like we got the winter of 2004, the manager kept the parking lots cleaned while the rest of the crew kept the walks clean. I hope to be able to stay here the rest of my time.

The apartment home we leased at Hidden Acres is great. After living in Amherst for 35 years, we decided it was time to sell our 2-1/2 story house and get something smaller and more sufficient for us. This is perfect. All on one floor, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths; one with a laundry, nice kitchen and big living room, a 1 car garage. Can not hear neighbors going in and out. It's a very quiet and comfortable village. Our landlords have been terrific about our needs and we are very happy here. We have recommended these homes to many people.

My husband and I have lived here at Arbors I apartments for several years. We enjoy the quietness here. Our neighbors seem to be good people. At anytime when I've called the office for anything wrong the management was quick to fix the problem.

I like living at Arbor Apartments because: It's close to the store and the lake, the nice community and people, and it is very quiet. My rooms are large and I have lots of closets and attic storage space. I also have my own washer and dryer. I don't have to worry about having to fix things. Most of all I like the 1 floor and we can have flowers and a place to sit outside. Its very well kept and the resident's comfort is 1^st priority.

The people are friendly and I feel very secure when I come home at night. I know that management will make sure there is always a light in the lampposts. It is a very quiet environment. No loud radios or noisy neighbors. I found the apartment I rented to be clean and well kept. And if a problem arises in my apartment, I know I can count on prompt attention form the maintenance person. The lawns are kept mowed and trees and shrubs trimmed. Garbage areas are kept clean and emptied. I would recommend Arbors to anyone that wanted a clean, secure and friendly place to live.

The community like atmosphere gives a warm and friendly environment. Knowing that your lawn and shrubs are going to cared for in the summer and your sidewalks and parking lots are going to be cleaned for you in the winter, allows you to live maintenance free year round. Arbors gives you such a sense of security with their well lit parking lots and the many lamp posts placed all along the walkways. Our complex managers seem to go out of their way to make living here a comfortable, relaxing, peaceful, and enjoyable place to live.

I've lived in apartments most of my adult life and my apartment home at The Village of Northampton is my favorite. My apartment is like a small house without the maintenance concerns. I have an attached garage, washer and dryer, tons of storage, dishwasher and a kitchen with a window over the sink. In the summer, I grow vegetables, herbs and flowers in my garden space. The location is convenient to everything I want or need. The property is well maintained and I feel safe and secure here.

The management is friendly and responsive. What a deal!!!
